Today, with all the technology in your pocket you can easily send mails, messages or talk to your loved ones, at any moment. But what if you need a hug and there’s no one near? Could you hug yourself? In this workshop we explore what a hug is, what techniques exist to recreate the feeling of a hug and try out if they work.
