Pixelflut Express is a completely separated network, to protect the main network provided by the NOC from excessive traffic.
We welcome any kind of traffic in the Pixelflut Express network! Pixelflut traffic, filesharing, stretched storage cluster, etc... You can basically do whatever you want, our network can handle it.
Pixelflut Express has switches in the YoloColo (4x Mellanox SN3700 32x100G QSFP28) and in the hackcenter (5x Arista 7050TX-72Q), connected with high-speed crosslinks.
