  • The kitchen must be left clean.
    • This explicitly includes the disposal of organic waste after the cooking process is complete
  • A valid locking authorization is required to use the kitchen facilities.
  • Food of all kinds (including cocktails etc.) is prepared in the kitchen; not in other club rooms.
  • Coordinated cooking: Successive cooking operations should be coordinated with other people where possible.
  • Private food supplies remain your property for 3 days if
    • your name and the date of storage are clearly recognizable and can be clearly assigned to them.
    • they look, smell etc. like edible, unspoiled food.
    • the best-before date has not been exceeded.
  • All other food supplies are public and can be used by everyone at their own choice or disposed of if necessary.
  • The storage of food in the club should generally be kept to a minimum.
  • Entry in the Blame List is mandatory - even for the preparation of cocktails.
  • Before cooking, _one_ person must sign the blame list on the notice board.
  • Violations will be reported by email to the Executive Board.
  • In the event of non-compliance or disregard of the kitchen policy, the authorization to lock the entire club premises may be permanently withdrawn.
